Rebuild questions, answered.

What counts as one page?+
One URL - e.g. your homepage, a collection page, or a product page. If a page has multiple templates (e.g. different PDP layouts), each template counts as a separate page.
Is copy really included?+
Yes. We rewrite headlines, subheadings, and CTAs as part of every rebuild. If you have specific brand guidelines or tone of voice, share them in the onboarding form.
What if I need more than one page?+
We offer discounted rates for 2+ pages ordered together. Reach out before ordering and we'll quote you directly.
How does the revision round work?+
After delivery, you have 7 days to submit consolidated feedback. We action one round of revisions and re-deliver within 5 business days.
Do I need a developer to implement it?+
The Figma files are dev-ready and include specs. You can use your own developer or use our Build & Launch service to have us implement it directly.
Can I start with an Audit first?+
Yes - and we recommend it. Audit first to prioritise which page has the highest ROI, then upgrade to a Rebuild. We'll deduct the Audit cost.
